Our Quality, Safety and Training teams are incorporated into daily operations from pre Construction to post completion, including Permitting, Jurisdictional compliance, virtual Cell Site tools and Closeout as and end-to-end compliance qualified with Carriers, MLA and OEM in North America. Every worksite has Daily Safety Review with JSA, Rescue Plan, Rigging Plan, Scope Review and Go/No Go checklist. Crews on worksites have virtual access to all Cell Site data, plans and changes in a live format, often re-calibrating complicated Configuration and Construction designs while onsite with rapid solutions and reporting for our customers at all times day or night. Code’s QST (Quality, Safety, Training) Process Flow end to end emphasizes the onsite Crews time with focus on the work, not the organization, plan, paperwork, reporting or closeout. This makes us very safe, focused on tasks and also able to manage multiple worksites for multiple customers on numerous scopes, technology and bands.
