The Japanese word kaizen means “change for better” or “continuous improvement in the process”. Our Kaizen Initiatives began in 2015 and is now a cornerstone to our QST improvements. Key examples of Quality Control, Process Efficiency and Continued Improvement are displayed well with our site-level Production Process. Our initiatives accounted for overall efficiency gains in Overlay Projects which resulted in a SHARED efficiency gain Project-Wide of 16%.
